'I have been attending the Fit for Mum sessions with Murat and highly recommend it! The sessions are held in the studio and at Shoreditch Park depending on the weather and the work outs are always varied, which keeps it fun. There is a focus on core strength which has been particularly beneficial after having my daughter. Murat is very accommodating with the babies and is happy to give them a cuddle if they become unsettled! It's brilliant to be able to exercise with baby in tow and its also a great way to meet other mums in the area.'
'I've been working with Murat and team the last few months now and have seen a big improvement in my general health. I'd spent the last few years with chronic neck/shoulder/back pain which resulted in poor fitness and declining health - I've seen a multitude of physios and specialists but no permanent solution unfortunately. This prompted me to finally look into a specialist in rehab PT and I'm very glad I did. I especially like that this is a private studio rather than part of a gym, there is also a park nearby for training outdoors when it's good weather. 'I am doing the body transformation with Murat and I have lost 5 kilos already and my fitness and strength have really improved. Murat keeps me motivated to achieve my goals and he keeps each session interesting by introducing new things each time. I highly recommend him if you are looking personal trainer. 'Murat and the team are a great outfit. I was looking to shape up for my wedding and had tried the usual strategies before to get fit: signing up for triathlons and expensive gyms. Neither really worked for me. Personal training with Murat was the push I needed, especially on the dark winter mornings when I felt like sleeping in instead! Murat takes the time to learn what you are after and tailor his programs accordingly. He doesn't go easy on you - but I knew it was working! I was really happy with the results. The goal wasn't to have my collar bones jutting out of my wedding dress but to be a stronger more slim line version of myself and I look at my wedding photos and feel proud of the changes we were able to make. Training with Jonny and Jen at bootcamp has also been a revelation. It's great to train outside when possible and share the session with a positive group of others. They push me harder than I would if left to my own devices and no session is the same. So glad I found this gem! Can highly recommend to others. '
'Couldn’t recommend MG Fitness in Fitness highly enough if you want to start really getting fit with no excuses. My husband and I both signed up to two individual sessions each a week and have seen fast effects. I dropped a dress size quickly and have improved my posture. I'm also eating healthier and taking better care of myself under Murat's guidance. Even if you did nothing else, just these two sessions a week will make the necessary difference. The workouts leave you tired but not broken. Some personal trainers like to push you really hard for the sake of it; Murat plans and varies your workouts so you’re always working to the optimum and never bored, and you feel like you're learning and improving every time. He's dedicated his life to sports science, nutrition and fitness so is a true fitness professional.'
